Our Proven Installation Process

  • 1. Grind Concrete

    Prepare concrete by mechanical grinding with diamond bits to ensure proper bond. Acid etching or basic sanding will NOT create a rough enough surface for resins to bond to.

  • 2. Repair Damage

    Cut open, and fill any existing cracks or pits in the concrete surface. Our Technicians repair your slab to ensure a perfectly smooth, blemish free finish.

  • 3. Fill Cracks and Joints

    Fill all cracks with 100% solids, resin based crack repair. Joints can be filled upon request to create a fully seamless surface. Resin based repair materials are much stronger than ordinary concrete based materials.

  • 4. Base Coat and Flake

    Our base coat is rated to withstand 25+lbs of Hydrostatic Pressure. This is the highest tolerance available on the market, and keeps your floor protected for years in PNW climates.

  • 5. Apply High Gloss Top Coat

    Our UV- Resistant Polysapartic top coat is the most durable topcoat available for these systems. Ensuring your floor stand the test of time
